This is basically a very expensive fan. I used the ice packs and followed instructions for the AC cooling option; it did not create a cold atmosphere. Upon requesting refund there was only a barcode to print and no address and label. So it was a very confusing process. Now I'm stuck with another fan and feel I wasted the money for it.
