This was my best friend after I got all of my wisdom teeth out at once. Some people were mentioning that its too cold to put on your skin but I just put a thin tea towel between the pack and my skin and it was perfect and then when it started warming up I just removed the towel to get another burst of cold before I had to refreeze it. You can even put other gel ice packs you already own in the holder and use it while the one it came with is re-freezing. They don't fit quite as nice but they work just as well. Would highly recommend.
