Before putting these in the freezer, to keep them from getting a rip, I put them in a gallon baggie, then take them out of it when I go to use them. I also mash each corner in slightly to keep them from being pointy (keeps them from accidently being cracked). I do hope that helps people that use them & have had problems with any leaks. I have purchased many of these and would not want any other ice pack for my head. I wrap them in a pillow case and then use them on my head night and throughout the day.. I have migraines every day. They are a life saver for me.
