UPDATE: I've bought this product multiple times as it works well. I've been in a position where these freezer packs were just wrapped in towels and placed in carry on luggage (not an insulated case). The portable oxygen concentrator for my travel companion overheated mid flight. These packs were still frozen and we managed to get the device cooled down within 5-10 mins. I put one back into the back of the concentrator bag (and it fit snuggly being so thin). It completely thawed out by the time we touched down, which is so impressive because the machine was quite warm for the rest of the flight. Still 5/5 stars, it's keeps frozen extra long!---------------5/5 stars: It works exactly as designed, and it's very thin. I worry when it's thawed it may be easier to dent the product (something to keep in mind if there is a chance it will be tossed around when thawed). It seems to stay cold extra long because of the metal casing. Only negative is it is heavy. It being so thin means we can put more things in our cooler. I've already bought this product multiple times because I like it so much.
