I bought this alarm clock for when I move into student housing so have only given it a test run so far, but all the functions are easy to use and work perfectly. As the product description says there is no 'ticking' sound as the hand sweeps so it is really quiet, and holding the snooze button turns on the backlight so you can check the time during the night.The product has a really cute appearance, the colour is perfect for me, not too bright, not too dull. You can choose between hanging it on the wall or using the slide out metal stand, which i am choosing to do.Overall I love this alarm clock, it looks amazing, and it's got all my friends wanting to get one in one of the other colours now! Would definitely recommend.Clock looks quite nice and appears well made but is not suitable for purpose. I needed a clock that I could see in the dark at night in the bedroom. Although the description states that it has luminous hands and markers, these are not effective and I was unable to see the time in the middle of the night. Had to put the clock in the spare room and buy an alternativeLovely looking clock but SO delicate. We have ordered two and they have both gone back as they were damaged on arrival (the second hand did not sweep on one / light did not work on the other). Afraid I gave up and ordered another product. A real shame.Bought for my grandaughter, she LOVES it!!Pretty and cute it matches her new wallpaper and duvet.All the little girls would love it.Like this, wanted a bedside clock that was a little different. I find it loud enough.
